We are looking to expand our team of wonderful providers who share our passion for helping young people conquer one of the most challenging phases of their lives. Quality of care is our top priority, and we are searching for people who share our values.

As a Talking Twenties clinician, you will provide telehealth services to clients in Washington and Oregon. Our practice caters to providers with all levels of availability, and we welcome applicants interested in part-time work.

We’re currently hiring for:

  • Therapists (LICSW/LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD)

  • Psychiatric nurse practitioners or psychiatrists interested in a therapy-focused practice

  • Psychiatric nurse practitioner students (check back in 2025)

  • Pre-licensed therapists (check back in Fall 2024)

Here's what we're looking for from you:

  • Full licensure in Washington and/or Oregon (LICSW/LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD)

  • A minimum of eight hours of client-facing availability per week

  • Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care

  • A passion for serving teens or young adults

  • An interest in increasing access to mental health care via telehealth and insurance-based care

  • A special population interest in providing care to: LGBTQIA young adults, pregnant people (perinatal mental health), or first responders/healthcare workers

  • Specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, DBT, or ERP

  • Residing in Oregon or Washington
