Heather Webster
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Hi! I’m Heather and I’m so glad you’re here. You don’t have to navigate anxiety, depression or the effects of trauma alone. I’m here to partner with you in moving toward real healing and greater ease.
Together, we’ll take a holistic look at what’s going on— honoring your story, your feelings, and the wisdom you already carry. I’ll help you understand your experiences, clarify a diagnosis, and explore treatment options that align with your goals. As a PMHNP with a background as a certified nurse midwife, you can expect a personalized, evidence-based approach. That may include medication, nature-based practices, creative expression, lifestyle shifts, psychotherapy, or coordination with other providers on your care team.
I also acknowledge we’re living in a world where empathy, peace, and and justice often feel out of reach— and that can affect mental health in deep ways. You deserve care that recognizes both your individual journey and the broader context you’re living in.
Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, connected and well.
