Hi, I’m Zach, a co-founder of Talking Twenties. As I exit my twenties, I often reflect on the choices I made and paths I took to get where I am today. There were countless moments over the past decade where I could have used real, tangible advice from someone recently in my shoes. However, I found that few resources and “coaching services” were tailored specifically to young adults and the things we hope to achieve. My goal is to fill this void with practical and meaningful coaching derived from my personal, professional, and academic experiences.
So whether you’re looking to make a professional leap, hoping to get into that dream school, trying to build the courage to ask for a raise, or simply looking to create better balance in your life, we will work together to achieve your goals.
Over the course of my career, I have had experience as a product marketing manager, account lead, writer, editor and creative strategist. I have helped global brands like Nike, Red Bull and Gatorade concept, build and deliver innovative products and campaigns.
But the vast majority of my knowledge was built not through what I accomplished, but what I learned from some of the toughest challenges. I have led cross-functional teams, and myself, through lots of difficult problems. Sometimes, I found success. Other times, I failed. Now, I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned – even the bad stuff!
