Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Hi, my name is Nicole Ervin, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I started my career as a primary care provider where I learned that it is difficult to improve your physical health if your emotional health isn’t in a stable place. Helping these patients with their mental health concerns became a passion of mine, so much so that I pursued additional education as a PMHNP. This offers me a unique perspective in that I am able to help you navigate the interplay between your physical and emotional concerns.
I offer a holistic approach to emotional wellbeing and mental health. We will work together and use a comprehensive approach, which may involve therapy, medications, supplements, nutritional interventions, or other treatments. I see my role as helping you to understand your current and past experiences and providing you with treatment options from which you can choose the best path forward for you.
My pronouns are: she/her/hers
I provide: Medication Management & Brief Supportive Therapy
I see clients in: Oregon & Washington
I see ages: 18+
I accept: Blue Cross Blue Shield (Regence and most Premera plans). PacificSource and Moda pending.
In session with me, you can expect:
→ A safe space where you can be heard and respected.
→ To partner to develop a comprehensive plan, taking into account your specific health concerns, factors that have contributed to your emotional state, and goals for your wellbeing.
→ To feel empowered to address the things in your life that prevent you from being your most genuine self.
