Meet Kelly

Services: Therapy and Medication

States: Oregon & Washington

Alohas! My name is Kelly, and I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with Talking Twenties. I am passionate about working in partnership with people to help them find and access their own strengths. As a practitioner, I am committed to walking besides you as you gain insight, learn new skills, and grow the motivation and self-belief to create the life you want to live. I firmly believe that one size (and one path) does not fit all, and my life is evidence of that. I bring a wide breadth of professional, educational and life experience to each session and understand mental wellness to be a complex intersection of biological, social and psychological factors. I believe it is important to collaboratively develop holistic treatment plans that address your individual values and help you to live your own truth.

I treat nearly all mental health conditions and have a special clinical interest in addressing mood disorders, relationship issues, PTSD/trauma, OCD, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. Additionally, I genuinely enjoy working with folx who are LGBTQ, neuro-divergent, or struggling with body-image or low self-esteem. Although my focus is with young adults, I welcome all adults 18+.

In session with me, you can expect:

→ To be deeply seen, heard, and listened to.
→ To be included as an active participant in treatment decisions.
→ To find hope, humor, and joy in the complicated process of being human.
