Meet Amanda

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Hello there! My name is Amanda, a licensed social worker and native of the Pacific Northwest. I have had the privilege of working with folks of all ages and struggles, and I am particularly passionate about helping people through the major life challenges of early adulthood and growing a family.

I recognize the vulnerability it takes to reach out for support. Because of this, I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and authentic environment that allows us to best harness your strengths. I believe people are resilient and have the ability to heal with the right tools and support. You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to be a gentle guide along the way in your journey of self-discovery and growth.

I help people work through both new and longstanding challenges, by building coping skills and unpacking the past experiences that inform your present. I enjoy incorporating my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety, trauma and depression.
